tries several things that don't work for him:
 - penetrating oil, then soak
 - pry apart the frame
 - ice pack
 - Ammonia and eye dropper
 - heat gun on post
 - orange pipe wrench (moved a little bit!

but even after it moves, it doesn't really loosen
 - tries co2 cartridge
 - apple cider vinigar
